I've heard people say 100m,200m and even 300m which I think the latter is a tad optimistic but either way surely GGG needs to be getting a split of the pie rather than a flat rate which is what Golden boy are trying to offer GGG which is just laughable IMO.

I think a 60-40 split in Canelo's favour is fair, both will make more money than they ever have or ever will earn from this one fight.

It will surely do more than Cotto v. Canelo

Fair to say that Cotto is a bigger ratings hit than Golovkin(at least he was) with the Rodriguez fight pulling 1.55m and Geale 1.589m
    - Large Dan

K2 has established good connections with numerous TV outlets across the globe and boxing is huge in Mexico, but even with a strong gate the 100m figure might be wishful thinking.

Don't think it makes 100m by a long shot at the moment. 50 to 70m maybe.

But I don't know how much it would do next year, when it's "supposed" to happen according to ODLH. Last year it wouldn't even do 10m, and look where we are now. Very hard to predict.

Nope never heard of it, is it any good? Might give it a go as I have several boxing podcasts that I listen to.

Around 50mill is my guesstamation (somewhere between 30-70)

Estimations above 150 mill are extremely optimistic, that's 1/3 of may 2nd, no way it does that. You must be on crack if you think Mr 97k buys can help generate that coin.

My guess is 12mill is between 17-40% which is very fair for Borat

If it's PPV in the UK as well, which it could well be given how much GGG and Canelo's stock has risen this year then I think it could do 100m or more.

I would say between 50-60 million for US PPV. Maybe another 5 million in international TV money. 5 million live gate? This won't make more than Cotto vs. Canelo but Canelo got around 30-40% there IIRC, now he should get more like 60-65% so it will be his biggest purse.

Canelo got 25% of the purse are you just making these numbers up? What was the PPV split?

Canelo should get no less than 70% all things being equal, probably more seeing he is moving up and taking all the risk.

I just used numbers from the top of my head. All I recall was Canelo got much less US PPV money than Cotto, but he got all of the Mexican TV money. So I figured it was around 30-40% he got from the total revenues.

Oscar De La Hoya has been on record saying that he thinks Canelo should get a 90/10 Split in his favour and his recent offer to GGG reflects that. How anyone can think this is fair is beyond me.

I think Canelo should be getting the majority of the share but anything beyond 70% IMO is unfair. Something like 30% GGG, Canelo 60% and +10% to the winner would make sense IMO.

Yes it is good. It is a podcast and they interview fighters. They brought up the possible fight between Tyson and Foreman in an interview with George Foreman. Check it out along with the other interviews too.
