and how many should I be doing a day? and increasing? will this actually work rather than using weights? im thinking about taking whey protein after every workout starting off with 100 of each everyday thoughts please guys ps im very skinny, not fat at all
To build muscle with calisthenics you have to keep increasing the amount you do over time. Doing 100 per day won't do anything for you after a week at most. Granted you can do 100 in the first place. Do them in sets of 25 and add 50 every week. Only workout on Mon,Wed and Fri. This is what works for me so I'm talking from experience.
