3 exercises are contingent from a evolutionary perspective.

    1. push

    2. pull

    3. horizontal plane

As far as cardio goes your body doesn't know if your dead lifting or doing a bicep curl since every movement is designed for killing something or some one or protecting yourself from an evolutionary point of view.

I've never heard of these 3 "exercises" before. Explain them to me.

He's like a mix of Ylem and that HENDO "don't lift weights!" guy. He's on something that's for sure.

His style is strange though. It's all quiet then out of nowhere some cross-eyed kid runs through the room in a helicopter-hat yelling "SCIENCE SAYS PUSHUPS ARE GOOD FOR YOU EVERYBODY DO PUSHUPS YAYYYYYYYYY"

Too whom it may concern Virus is a moronic indolent dipsomaniac and highly likely to be unemployed, a vestige of the failed British educational system a lad who didn't get enough of the cane.

'Cardio' Does Not Exist! Everybody thinks that aerobic equals cardiovascular to the extent that we don't have cardiovascular rooms any more we have cardiovascular theatres aerobic and cardiovascular has hence become interchangeable in everyone's lexacon. There is no way that one can isolate a portion of metabolism whilst having it connected to the heart and blood vessels this is axiomatic. Truthfully the heart and blood vessels support the entirety of metabolism, global metabolic conditioning is attained with mechanical work with muscle and to the extent that the higher the intensity of training you do, a higher quality of muscle the richer the quality of the stimulus muscle is going to be.

I doubt that you know much about science I do this for a living. "Don't lift weights well now" resistant exercises done heavily increase mitochondrial enzymes known as mitochondrial proliferation which was traditionally associated with cardiovascular workout.

Type II X increases in mitochondrial changing to type II A anp to atp ratio, all done with HIT and yes weights. But you already knew this pffft.:patsch
