How much on average does a fighter earn in a British Title fight these days?

If ur holding the belt ur purse is around 20k. This is for your standard guys. Also uhave deductions from that, trainer etc.
If you bring high value with you e.g AJ, JNR etc then it will be significantly higher.
I know someone who got 8k for a challenge for an unheld british only a few yr ago.

Yes $1m but look at it this way Tim Witherspoon was frozen out for years and tbh what I knew of it he chose to settle mainly because of lawyers fees.He was a beaten man before he stepped in the ring he night he faced Bonecrusher Smith his next defense after the Bruno fight,he had beaten Smith before but the purses he was promised verbally and what he recieved his heart wasn't in it.

By being frozen out imo he would of lost career earnings of probably around the $10m dollar mark, possibly higher.Tim Witherspoon focused would of totally out boxed Smith again,King had almost all of the top 10-15 HW tied up either by promoting them or on optional agreements, almost a closed shop.

BoxingABC1,If you are a young fight fan fyi we also had a cartel in the UK Jarvis Astaire,Harry Levene and Mickey Duff with the top domestic fighters who used to appear on the BBC exclusive deals, most fights on Sportsnight mainly tape delay.

Yes the value to the purse is almost always having a name fighter not the actual title at domestic level but the British title certainly has more £ value than say a Commonwealth title purse which is lower.
