How much rest does a fighter need after an early KO?

Even Lennox fought within 10 days after one win when being developed. I believe Eubank fought twice in a week. Tyson fought two ten round decisions within a month. When developing it helps to fight at least once a month, IMO.

I kind of agree. Fighters need to be more active at the early stage. The money isnt a big deal because if you get more experience at a younger age then it will help you develop and you will get the bigger fights down the line.

Someone of prices level good take a couple of easy fights between the bigger fights. A bit like Degale did before the groves fights. He wouldnt always learn a lot from them but they wouldnt take anything out of him and it gets him rounds in and boosts his record a bit.

Unfortunately fighters aren't willing to make an investment in there future and fight more regularly for small purses.

Is it possible that fighting poor opposition could actually make a fighter regress though, in the sense that they might be underprepared for a more worthy opponent?
