How much money does Froch deserve in a fight against Taylor?

Depends on the total purse. As long as JT gets at least 40% Dibella should shut the **** up, and make the fight happen. It's a VERY winnable fight for Jermain, and a good career move in the long run.

In my opinion he deserves no more than 500k American.

JT has fought far better fighters and is the proven draw, Froch cant draw flies to sh** in the UK and has no fan base in the US.

60% of the winning purse bid or whatever the customary % is.

The only reason Froch wants this fight in the US is to make a name for himself, because in the UK this fight would not do as well. And the only reason for that is because Froch is not a draw in the UK at all. This has nothing to do with what I think of Froch as a fighter

The poll should be asking about the split, not the total amount since we don't know how much Taylor would be getting paid.

I think 60/40 in Froch's favor is probably fair, but wouldn't be surprised of DiBella is shooting for 50/50.

Taylor should be willing to take 60/40 though, especially if the fight is made 6 hours up the road from Little Rock in St. Louis, while Froch is flying overseas.

Now, if it wasn't such a winnable fight for JT, I'd say stick to 50/50. But it's very winnable, so compromising a bit on the front end will yield more reward on the back end.

    I think thats 70%.

If you think Taylor is not getting the lions share you have no idea what your on about. This fight wont go to purse bids for those reasons, like DiBella said

I dont think being anything more than a casual Froch fan will lead to anything but massive dissapointment, as soon as he steps up in class

The only reason we arent talking about the split is because we havent even got a base estimate from the two camps. The only thing we know is that Froch wants 1 mil and DiBella has called that 'economics which just arent there'. And I agree with him
