How much support will both fighters have at the garden?
i mean joe always has amzing support, look at kessler fight at cardif i was there and it was crazy
also the bhop fight which was his first across to the states and he had good support
But will roy have a bigger crowd rooting for him at the garden?
if so how much will this affect joe c, he has hardly ever had to deal with a crowd that supported his opponent more?

not as many people are travelling over for this fight as far as I know. Don't know of many that are going over to watch Paulie vs. Ricky either.

people already have done there bollocks on last years hatton pbf then calz v b hop ,close togther.
i think only a few will manage to raise that sort of cash again, for most it takes more than a year of savings ,just before xmas too.
so no i dont think there is going to be as many fans this time.

Actually he has. Many of his early fights were in England when he didn't have a travelling support of any note. Most Americans fail to appreciate the dynamics of any England v Wales sporting occassion - be it rugby, football, boxing - it generally creates a more hostile atmosphere than usual (same is true to England v Scotland clashes).

Calzaghe himself says that the most hostile crowd he faced was for his British title challenge against Mark Delaney. He also faced Veit in Germany, and various title fights against English fighters in England (Eubank, Woodhall, Reid) - Calzaghe had a travelling support that accompanied him by this time, but it's fair to say that the majority of the crowds were more favourable to his opponent than to him, which probably mirrors what the situation will be tonight.
