I´m a southpaw just let me know what you need to know.
I train 5 days a week in total of 7 trainingsessions, two days rest. usually mondays and thursdays. I really don´t like that, I rather have wednesdays and sundays free. but it´s impossible since I have to time it with my schedule as a trainer as well.
    All the best

not had a fight since i was 16, ive dedicated to boxing now, cause i was playing rugby league at the same time since 16 and decided its one or the other so gave up rugby in august.

im hoping to fight end of this month/start of next and get a few fights in quick succession. Then depending on how i do or feel i wanna go straight into the abae's because im getting older fast now so need to get straight in there and get as much experience as possible (im 23)

If you want to go somewhere you need to train boxing more then twice a week.

Running and fitness is usefull on the side. But it can't replace boxing.

So at least boxing 4 times a week.

i train 6 days a week at the gym.. i run 5 days.. rest on sundays.. u need to let your body get a day of rest... if u are gonna compete i dont think 2 days is enough.. 3 days at first is good.. but u should really up it to at least 4 if u wanna win

if you train most days of the week it's a good idea to do days of just technique and skill training
    this way u don't overtrain

I've started working now, but it's suited to my training, so now I train before work and in the evening after work. At least 14 training sessions a week.
