Martinez has weighed up to 178 between fights as far as i know! As for chavez, god only knows what he weighs right now, we're presuming he was 180+ on saturday so he'll probably be touching the 200 mark some time next week!
Between fights most fighter are far bigger though, even if they are in shape they aren't quite in the same shape they would be come fight night. As they don't train with the same intesity when they don't have a fight. I mean Hatton between fights probably weighed 170-180 lbs outside of fights but that is more down to diet and beer though. I would guess 168-170lbs for Martinez and 180-184 lbs for Chavez.
Martinez weighed 167 on fight night. Probably walks around at about 178-180 like you said. Chavez was probably about 185 on fight night and I'd guess he walks around at 200+. The only fighter I see who stays close to his fighting weight in between fights is Froch but that’s no surprise as he's a model professional.
Just on Hatton, he was reportedly weighing around 250 at some point last year, thats from a solid british source!

Anyone know Chavez most recent fight night weight that was given? Sergio was 164 lbs against Barker on HBO's scales, probably bigger against Macklin and Chavez though. He was bigger in the Serhiy Dzinziruk fight.
