used to walk around 60kg and cut to 56kg, so about 4 kg or 9lbs. (however i failed to make weight by 1.5kg for my first fight due to being inexperienced on how to cut)

now i walk around 63~kg and plan to fight at 60kg so about 3kg

I don't get the question....can you be more specific?

Alright just messin with ya. Typically about 3 pounds or so (139 limit). I try to stay close to my limit as possible.
After the fight though, different story.

i just ate basically nothing, basically drank nothing 3 days before a fight and trained my ass off, used to end up training 6+ hours a day just to shift the weight. ****ing sweat suiting it

Out of curiosity Virus do you/ have you ever boxed before?

Got the opposite problem theres like 6-7 lightweights at my gym and i feel the pressure to perform and prove to the other 6 or so who's "top dog" at my gym

I'm in a bad spot at the moment I've not been watching my weight because I thought id make 75kg easyyy but obviously I've grown over the last year. Weighed in at 79 yesterday so I've lined up to fight some 80kg guy on friday but I'm really just a 75 who hasn't thought about weight in a while.

So in answer to your question **** all I'm gonna have to make sure I keep the weight on me this week.

I had to loose 7 kg in one week, made it,but was completely dead exhausted, went into the fight, second round starts,no legs at all.
They robbed me of my win anyway cause it was in the guys hometown.
Usually i lost 6 kg but in a smart way. That time wasnt smart.LOL
