If I was Khans manager I'd be advising the same thing. The brook fight will always be there regardless whether there is a belt on the line or not. Khan v brook will happen too much money for it not to, just not now

So the same could be said for Brook then?

You would advise Brook to take Gavin, avoid anybody dangerous, wait and see if his name can be tossed into the ring for the winner of May Pac considering he is unbeaten and will be the only other champion at WW.

If it happens now tho they guarantee a big pay (never know what happens in the future especially with Kell outside boxing !) but if Khan wins it just further enhances his position to get a floyd fight. Plus Khan - Brook is there for multiple remaches due to their styles. They are almost guaranteed to be good watchable fights for the masses. And they sell the fight so well .... put them in a studio and u can feel the hatred/jealousy whatever it is. Its also really funny that Kell dont seem to speak that well in front of camera when interviewed however turn the subject to Khan and he suddenly gets pretty whitty and funny!

just want that fight this summer ... then next then the summer after that again !

plus Kell aint guaranteed to be holdin that belt for years to come (he may well do) but no one can confidently say he does everyone at 147 to say he will hold that belt for time to come. And like it or not that title boosts the fight financially quite a fair bit

this guy knows....Khan is making around 700-900k dollars in recent fights which makes turning down 7 - 8 million dollars to fight Brook all the more cowardly...even if Khan fought Mayweather (which he wont) he wont make 8 million dollars

Def. I' really don't care what they earn. I do think it's interesting though that Khan turned down a pretty sweet payday against a respected world champion he claims he'd easily beat though. Flies in the face of logic that.

Kell Brook made more than that vs. Porter.

It's certainly a very odd decision.
