    No,newspaper accounts say both
fell to the ground in the last round, they do not say it was most likely when Johnson broke his arm.

" During the first three rounds he was obviously playing with his opponent. After that it was observed that he was only using his right hand. When the fight was over he complained that his arm had been injured. Doctors who made an examination certified to a slight fracture of the radius of the left arm. The general opinion is that his arm was injured in a wrestling match early in the week, and that a blow to-night caused the fracture of the bone"

Jeff Clark beat Joe Jeannette in1912 and he was conceding35lbs to him!Or don't you want to count that one? NB Jim Johnson beat Joe Jeannette twice as I've already said.
Once on the 19th of July 1912,when Johnson was an 18fight novice.
    Once on 10th May 1915.
They also drew in1914 and had 1 no contest.
Jeannette has 6 wins over Johnson, one by dsq.
So not quite the dominance you are trying to imply. There is zero evidence that Jack Johnson ever ducked Gunboat Smith in fact he brought his name up as a prospective challenger several times.
Something you would know if you were half as clued up on the period as you appear to think you are.

I'll forgo the silly little "nuff saids" etc ,I don't need them!
