I feel like that I have been neglected running too much from my training. I was wondering how far most of you guys run, how long and how often. I used to think that just conditioning on the bags and sparring was good enough, but I really don't think it is.

Also the best way to breath is in through the nose and out through mouth when running, right? Why is this?

Breathing through your mouth dries your throat out. Plus you can control your breathing better through your nose. It's easier for me to recover if I breath through my nose.

it all depends on what your goal is, evander holyfield didnt do any running from the buster douglas fight on, yet some other top boxers did alot of running, so first always remember there might be better ways of doing things than running, but if you still choose to run you need to work out what your goal is, then you caN DEVISE A PLAN AND SEE WHERE RUNNING FITS IN IF IT FITS IN AT ALL
