I guess everyone differs. Me I eat 5-6 decent sized meals a day for energy and I dont gain much weight has to do probablly with everything I eat I **** out right away and sweat like a pig working out 2-3 times daily agian. Some guys dont eat before their morning workout or eat 3 times a day but me personally I need the food for energy. Agian everyones different but im curious to see what alot of other guys or girls who fight in the ams have to say.
i normally have six small meals maybe 3 small 1s if avin weight trouble but l8ly iv been havin 5 small 1s an 1 massive 1 n ive put on half a stone so dont do that im stoppin it now
Not oo much; just hopefully some matches at the end of the month into April, LBC gloves are on the 29th and I might be uncontested there, and April 11-12 is our Regional gloves. Hoping I can break through and qualify for Nationals this year.
