I think it would be very interesting to see some of Wlads fights if he had been warned not to hold early on. In the same manner Ali was in the Thrilla in Manilla.

He held 16 times in the first round against Mormeck. That sort of cheating deserves to be punished by a point deduction and if he doesn't stop, a DQ is only fair. If the referees weren't so biased towards him, it's conceivable that he'd have had points deducted. Wlad could have had two or three points taken off him against Mormeck, a fight which only lasted 4 rounds.

My issue with the referees isn't just that they don't take points away - as they are instructed to do so - it's that they refuse to allow any in fighting. Wlad holds and the fighters are immediately broken up. It's bias.

    I agree 100%.

And that some have the nerve to blame it on the "shorter guys" is a disgrace. :-(

The same number of times Floyd should have been DQ'ed:

Probably not any more than Muhammad Ali...
    Still a lot.

But if one puts this standard to Wlad, it has to be done to all boxers.

I am not sure if He should have been disqualified but to be fair Wlad should have lost some points in few of his fights.

His clinching in Mormeck fight was hilarious, Wlad was dirty as mother fuker there plain and simple. Mormeck did not have power to crack Wlad's chin yet Wlad fought him like JMM was some sort of dangerous beast.
