I plan to focus more on boxing and improve my fitness levels.

I will go to a boxing gym 3 times a week and enjoy running.

27 @ around 100kg, I can comfortably do 3 miles, and was running this distance Mon/Wed/Fri in the morning and this was not effecting my training in the evening.

Would you recommend running 5 days a week and taking the weekend off or stick to M/W/F.
    .................
Also on a similar note should I do press ups, 3 times a week allowing for rest and recovery, or should I do these 5 days a week as well.

Would 3 sets of max pressups be detrimental, or should I aim to do eg 3*12, then increase the reps or do more sets.

    Max pushups is around 25,

Goal is endurance and if possible explosive strength.

I recommend wall sits, halotestin, superdrol and blood doping (after wall sits at high altitude- you should join Golovking in Big Bear).

You are welcome. I should get paid for this kind of advice.:rant:mad:

I would work on your reading comprehension and focus less on **** posting.
    Humor is lacking.

    Try harder.

Your sweating on the small stuff.

Lose weight first to prove your commitment. Then start thinking about push ups 'n pull ups.

Download the app "seven" from your app store. Complete a couple of circuits two days out of every three. No charge for this excellent advice.
