You jest, but you're actually not too far from the truth. I have it on good authority that Liston's birth was Rudy Ray Moore's primary inspiration for Petey Wheatstraw, who was born as a six year old boy, wearing diapers no less. It's a fact, it's irrefutable, just watch the video.

In conclusion, 6 years plus 32 puts Liston at 38 when he fought Ali. End thread.

The real Sonny Liston was seventy three and a great grandaddy around the time he took out Patterson in the rematch, and he died not too long afterwards.

No 32-34 top, everything else is dumb to say.

I know his fans wants to make him older so he could look greater in their eyes and make his invincible aura even better, but the truth is that he wasn't that old, he just aged because drugs and alcohol.

He was just like Tyson, he matured young, yet no one is claiming that Tyson is older than he really was.

Boxingfan2002 making a theory about how Liston actually had 3 inch hands instead of 15 because its a lie used to “make his invincible aura even better”

All things about Liston are not real, like his reach was not 84 inches and he was not 6ft 2 as someone claimed, he was 6ft.

Cleveland was 6ft2 and Liston was 2 inches shorter.
Also his reach stated to be 80 or 82 inches in reality, no near 84 inches everyone claim.

.# of inches exist bro, cleveland easily coulve been 6’2.# which would put Liston at 6’1. Also, never in my life have I seen a SHRED of evidence showing his inch was 80 or 82 inches.

Cleve was 6ft 2 but Liston was 2 inches shorter means Liston was 6ft not 6ft1 or even 6ft2 like Marciano was shorter than it was stated.
Yes there are even old threads about his reach and it was well proven that his reach was not that long.
