How on earth could Ruiz stand Joshua's power shots and recover quickly after the knock down?

A stoppage is not a destruction.

Wlad was winning the fight, yes AJ won but it wasn’t a destruction.

You’ve never seen a flash knockdown? Really?

That was the definition of a flash knock down. Ruiz knew it was coming after the upper cut so he will have braced, the upper cut made him vulnerable and then the hook sent him completely off balance. He's completely with it mentally as he hits the floor, takes a few seconds to compose himself and is up.

It was a great combo from AJ but it was conventional. So it was more the force of the punches knocking him off his feet than any concussive impact.

Vlad had been in decline for some time when he fought AJ. Clear as day.

I give AJ credit for hanging in there and getting up. The fight to me was about that and Vladdy not being able to pull the trigger or sustain an attack any more. It was a great fight though.

The blobs extra protective blubber neutralized the bodybuilder 's useless combinations and power shots. Joshua ain't stopping Ruiz period. All that KFC Andy gobbled up, makes him hard to move. 260 plus pounds of fat, has destroyed the 6ft 7inch Dimitrenko, and 6ft 6 Joshua one after another. It's the incredible Juggernaut Joe Joyce turn next.
