"Floyd Mayweather isn’t really used to fighting with southpaws."

"We know how Floyd Mayweather uses his shoulder roll, so with an orthodox fighter he can dodge many of those shots and wait for openings in his opponents than counter. Manny Pacquiao on his part has to use his speed, and lateral movement and in turn do not give Mayweather any space or minimal space to make him uncomfortable on that very stance."

"The right hook will be key as a lefty for Manny Pacquiao. can set it up by using a left jab to the body and following it up with a hook from the outside and repeating a double hook and he can finish it off with a straight left. The repetition will be key in landing those combinations and Pacquiao has to change it up for Floyd not to adapt."

"He sets traps and throws nice uppercuts from long distance, and he will use that reach advantage to do so. He will follow that up with counter rights and straight lefts from range because of that advantage."

Well, Floyd looked like absolute **** vs Guerrero and we all know Pacquiao hits harder and more often.

He got hit A LOT more often than he ever has been other than maybe Maidana 1. If Guerrero had any power it would have been a close fight.

:huh Robert landed just 19% of his punches on 581 punches thrown total according to CompuBox punch count. (That's right about where Floyd's defensive average is)

I think you need to go see an eye doctor. Might be time for a new prescription.

I think this in the back of my mind but I maybe JMM wants this to be close because it may marginalize all of his bouts with Manny if Floyd blows through Manny and his own ego and prestige is at stake.

I think what's he's confusing this with is because he didn't watch the whole fight. Mayweather fought toe-to-toe with Guererro first few rounds, so Guerrero was more successful hitting him (still not super successful." Once Floyd started boxing, Guerrero couldn't land a lick.

I watched the whole fight. Floyd normally wouldn't be hit by half the shots Guerrero landed on him. I think Marquez is right about Floyd being uncomfortable with southpaws. Maybe the reflexes are really going like some people say but I doubt it.
