I generally agree with your point mate and if Haye hadn't acted the twat with them ever since he moved to heavy nobody would be making these kinds of threads, however with the amount of talking Haye has done he is going to look a twat (not stupid) if the fight doesn't come off.

Chef confirmed that this was a staged incident....so both fighters ****ed up a charity event, if that's the way you want to look at it. How that little shouting match could **** up the charity event is beyond me though :huh

"The haters" hate him for not fighting! If a fighter confronts and calling out another fighter the way Haye did to Wlad, he should stick to his words and not chicking out everytime it gets serious!

I asked him about it at the time because while everyone else was ranting about what a **** Haye is I said it looked staged to me.

Staged as in they would both be there at the same time and see each other. Not staged as in Haye acting like a complete tool while Wlad was there for a press conference about a Charity for Children. Haye took advantage of the fact that Wlad is too nice to slap his teeth across the mall for acting like a 15 year old kid with self esteem issues.

No matter which way you cut it, Haye looks like even more of a fool now than he did then.

:patsch:patsch:patsch So what you're saying is WALDO was there thinking that Haye was going to walk up, shake his hand and congratulate him on being champion?

It's safe to say you're ever so slightly biased on this topic isn't it, I mean you're the one that started a thread about WALDO's 'stunning' performance after the Ibragimov fight, right?

About time someone brought this up. I think there were a lot of people here that loved this and called Wladimir a worthless chicken, what's going on now?

I like both guys but that's reality for you, accept it.

It's what the heavyweight division needed.

People can cry about Haye looking pathetic or whatever, but the absolute fact is, because of all these antics, he's made the division exciting, even though he's yet to see a Klitschko. He's great for boxing.

As for the fight, anyone who doubts it will happen is biased or clueless. I think people like the idea of Haye ducking Wlad or Vitali so much, because they want him too. They know that the only fighter close to Haye's physical attributes and technical ability that either brother has fought, has been Lewis. He will be the best opponent either has faced in years and I think that scares his fans, who know how limited and beatable both brothers are.

I would have agreed with you... if he actually would have fought Wladimir Klitschko. The division definitely didn't need another guy running his mouth and not fighting the best. Haye pulling out of his fights against the Klitschkos caused a direct result of HBO pulling the plug on the Heavyweight division. That's the fight people wanted to see.... yeah... he's been a Godsend.

In all fairness Wladimir did more damage to heavyweight boxing on HBO with the shocker against Ibragimov than a hundred ducking Hayes.

Haye was an unknown cruiserweight before he started talking about the Klitschkos, printed their severed heads on t-shirts and stalked them. They fully deserve their 50% of the UK PPV but I don't think Haye deserves any money from the rest of the world because no one actually knows who he is. Even a 60-40 split is more than generous; a 50-50 is ridiculous.

    Nonsense.

Wladimir completely dominated an Undefeated WBO Champion in a Unification fight that night. It isn't Wlad's fault that Iggy wasn't willing to make the fight interesting. It's next to impossible to make a fight look good when your shorter opponent is just leaning down, back and away... and refusing to engage. When Ibragimov did try... he got pasted. Wladimir Klitschko has only had 2 fights go the distance in 10 years!! It's amazing how some people just seem to get so hung up on one fight. (2 of the 3 last guys who went the distance with Wlad, he fought again and knocked out)

Lennox Lewis had the same type of fight with David Tua. Mike Tyson went the distance with guys who shouldn't even have been in the ring. Look at David Haye vs Valuev.

    This happens in boxing.
