    Damn , i've just finished rewatching Nog vs Crocop.
    and that guy must like S&M clubs or something...
    He looked like **** at the end of that fight, what a beating!...

    But He still got that sub though...

    Hasnr he also only got 1 eye? Im sure he has a cataract or some type of defect in his left eye..

    Nog is awesome. Pure heart. If there were no time limits I don't know that anyone could beat him.

    When you get hit by a truck and put into a coma for four days at age 10, lose a rib and part of your liver, you grow up tough as ****ing hell. Nog is right up there with Don Frye in terms of toughness.

    And just to name drop and make myself feel better him and Marcello Montiero, who I've trained under, both were top students of De La Riva, and train together when they get the chance, or at least used to.

    Frank Mir has had 21 Fights in 10 years. All of his losses resulted in him being brutally raped. The majority of his wins were meh save for Timmeh. Frank Mir is a can crusher hence why he defeated Nog.

    Big Nog has had 41 fights in 12 years. The man has been in many wars. Just got a ****ing hip replacement. His resume is of epic proportions.
