Sorry guys but this is getting bad now for the super six. I know the tournament is about the 6 main guys of course but please after 3 poor undercards from the first round of fights we have the worse one yet for the Dirrell vs Abraham card. Who on earth are they?? I mean If the super six is meant to be the next big thing, surely it would be a chance for the promoters to get their hot prospects and current stars on the card for millions to see. Really cannot understand? What do you think?
Detroit, Michigan should be grateful as hell to have this kind of fight there. Don't care about the undercard or lack of in this instance.
It's about as bad as the undercards for the other Super Six matchups. I agree that they all should be better, but I don't think it takes away from the tournament itself. I'm going to this fight, so I wish the undercard was better. Poor undercards for these kinds of events don't bother me as much as the junk they put on big PPV cards these days.
The AA vs Taylor undercard has been the best of the tournament so far, this one's pretty poor indeed. Looking forward to Dominik Britsch's US debut, though.
I know it is not as bad as poor undercards on PPV's but still if this is meant to big the next big thing with millions watching you would want to be on that undercard to be watched by millions
As far as I'm aware the undercard fights aren't carried by that many networks, Showtime and Primetime in the UK don't broadcast any of them for example. Will find out how lucky I am to be able to see a few of them on ARD in Germany... :think
The undercard isn't televised (other than the Britsch fight in Germany, and Sauerland wanted to showcase their prospect), so they just loaded the undercard with local Detroit draws. Nothing wrong with that. Cunningham, Paris and Power are all exciting fighters.
undercard has nothing to do with the tournament and its not on tv, only people who should care are those going to the arena
