    They invented a belt for pacquiao at 147

    They basically gave him a belt at 154

    this is true

    honestly as briliant as some people claim roach is he obviously never believed pacquiao could do it either..

    when shane mosley (the true lineal champ @ 147 ) approached team pacquiao about the match up pac said no cause shane was too good and they wanted to boil him down to 143..... now that floyd busted shanes ass they want the fight


    the only person that believed in pacquiao is pacquiao

    Pac defended his WW title at the full welterweight 147lb limit.

    Even without those two titles, he has more lineal titles than Armstrong and championships in more divisions than Roy Jones.

    As for Oscar, let's not forget how he won his 6th world title against Sturm (who isn't even a very good fighter).

    If team Raoch seeks out a fight with Mosley now that would be bull****. Especially since when he was the hot fighter they turned him down and said he was too good.

    should he have foughted jan zaveck for the ibftitle? dude fought oscar at welter, cotto, and clottey, thats enough to have backed that title up .
    At 154 a titlefight was bull****, if he beats a guy like martinez or williams at that weight he wil be worthy for sure, to me personaly he already is by beating a supermiddleweight on fight night, but hey its for the haters.

    Back then, Pac was fighting at JrWW and Mosley was a WW. They didn't turn him down they offered him a fight somewhere in the middle and he said no. Then they fought the guy who outboxed him.

    CMON MAN! CLOTTEY AS A DEFENSE!?!

    Clottey hasn't ever murmured another word since he took that loss. I refuse to believe that fight was real. The belt wasn't even real anyways, it was literally invented and to be 100% honest

    Sturm> margarito realistically.

    Sturm went on to have an OK career after the oscar fight which he probably won. Margarito was a cheater and washed up BEFORE & AFTER the fight. Lets not be unfair to history here

    There is an interview on youtube where Roach said that he told shane they would fight him somewhere between Pac's division limit and Mosley's, and Mosley said he couldn't make the weight.

    I'm not making **** up, the video is up on youtube.

    against a guy he knew wouldnt give him much trouble and would shell up for the whole night :deal

    pac is an awesome fighter but he DID cheat history. he wont fight shane because he is too strong, quick and isnt purely a come-forward fighter. he knows he will have his hands full with shane, even as old as he is!! He wants the easy fights and thats why hes goin after marquez @ 147 ffs!!
