cotto's belt was one of the magical belts that appeared out of nowhere for his michael jennings (right guy/name?) fight i believe

nobody 'cheated history' and stop using belts to measure or judge a fighter's career.
we all know what the federations are about - themselves - and being a 'world champion' in this sport doesn't necessarily mean what it does in others.

just accept pac is a great fighter and will probably be remembered as the best of his era.

Dont hold your breath waiting for that to happen.

Roach "I want to shut Marquez up"."But if he(Marquez)wants to fight us,it has to be at 147lbs." = BULL****!

So all of the sudden Pacquiao cant make 140lbs?We all know that out of Marquez and Pacquiao,Marquez doesn't hold the weight well at all at welter weight...And so does Freddy Roach.

I personaly dont think Marquez should except the fight at 147 but if this fight does happen with Pac and JMM at 147,Marquez should just come in weighing what he wants to weigh, whats comfortable for him.Maybe like 138lbs.Like Pacquiao did with Margo.

His title defense against Clottey erases his catchweight win over Cotto so I count his WW title. As for his JMW title, no. But dominating a much bigger Margarito is enough for me.

So all in all, he is a 7-weight class champ to me.

 He already fought DLH at 147. He wasnt 'fighting at 140' he had 1 fight there before facing Cotto at 145.

Mosley asks Roach why he wants him at 142-144 when he already fought DLH at 147, roach quote verbatim "You're not DLH"

Leonard was 32, in his 36th pro-fight and certainly above his best weight at SMW.

Manny Pacquiao is 32 next month, just had 55th pro-fight and do you think he belongs at light middleweight?

Do you never think about this stuff before posting another obviously stupid comment?

Winning the 154lbs belt at 150 (while weighing 144) is indeed an absolute joke.
