ive been going to the boxing gym 3 days a week for 2 hours each day for about 3 months now and i want to if lifting weights on the side is a good idea and if so how often should i do it???
You should take this up with your trainer to see what he says about this. That is, unless you are just going to the gym to get into some type fitness program and not interested in taking training seriously and have no trainer.
