I think if Fury went after Wilder a bit more he might of been able to stop him

Fury was obviously not going for the KO, he would have knock wilder out.. i think he know's bcs he lack the power to knock out wilder, so his game plan was to win by high score margins.

His defense is his offense. He doesn't know better. He never had to perfect it he blasted everyone out. That defensive issue is going to hurt him. I think Joshua knocks out him. No way Wilder can take Joshua's punch.

    A solid 1/10, and I’m feeling generous

2.5/10. Both Ortiz and Fury nailed him pretty good. But, he took and retained that power.

Not great but not terrible either. I'm thinking a light to decent 5.

He gets points for his speed, heart and determination. Also as stated above his offence is an excellent deterrent. 5/10.

Just seen an update on punch stats for this fight on a youtube vid and they state Wilder only landed 36 blows while Fury landed 85!

Finally somebody reasonable. Wilder shows some solid head movement, slipped a lot of jabs from Fury weaves when his opponents get in close. Is he Pernell Whitaker? hell no. But he's fairly solid.

I'd say 4 out of 10. Below average by the standards of a top ten fighter for the reasons you mentioned. Fury beat him period, to heck with the crooked judges " Draw " Wilder has yet to beat a top ten opponent in his prime, and I doubt he ever will.

Wilder's best defense is his length and power. Both are legit.
