I have been a fan of Briggs for years and enjoyed his commentary. He certainly doesn't come across as overly 'damaged'. His speech is clear and reasonably articulate. I would expect someone who cannot remember where they train or where there car is to show more physical signs. WHen he is interviewed he comes across well. Is he really that damaged?
By the sounds of it during training he had a mental breakdown and his mind was on another planet, although when he spoke at the weigh in he seemed clear.
He was a pretty good commentator. It's sad that he had to cash in with this fight. He got hurt by a grazing jab so I'd say he is well sick.
