    HBO and Sky's commentary teams were appalling.

    It was a very close fight. Could have been scored either way.

    I had it either a draw or Pacquiao by a round.

    Japan score the same way. Pac by Split decision. They don't give point to boxers who run around like a carousel ...

    Let's be real here, any commentary that states something as ridiculous as "Mayweather looks like the young amateur against the star Manny Pacquiao" can't really be taken very seriously now can it?

    Most boxing fans really can't understand technical boxing. They miss the subtleties. They get excited by aggression but miss how aggression can be used against an opponent. Mayweather's style to them is as boring and frustrating as calculus but when you begin to understand its importance, you will become intrigued and want to understand as much as you can.

    It's actually the opposite. Mayweather is an illusionist. He's good at convincing onlookers that he's landing clean punches, when really he isn't. That's why his CompuBox numbers rarely tally with reality. There are a number of videos of Youtube that show this.

    Many who watched the Mayweather vs Pac fight in slow motion saw the fight for what it was; a very close fight where Pac landed the better punches.

    I thought Mayweather won easy on the night of the fight. Rewatching it made it closer, but still a Mayweather win.

    You watch the fight in real time and make a judgement on what you see.

    No one watches fights in slow-motion.
