I didnt bring it up. Unless youre suggesting that newbie is another one of my aliases?:rofl It comes to something when you have all these posters on this forum talking about Khan's chin though, and this little enclave of British boxing with their collective heads in the sand about it. "Dont go on about it...if we pretend like it's a non-issue, it might turn to granite"
It might be the fact that he said Khan was stupid and then never went on to quantify why that might be. It's a little something we Brit's like to call EVIDENCE.
When most people hear Khan has a glass chin you think we think about this This content is protected This is what we actually think This content is protected
:nut I was referring to c-gogz' comment, thus; "Hes going to be blasted out!!Once a glass chin always a glass chin!! " Which was instantly jumped upon by the Khan Massive.
What "Kahn Massive"??? c-gogz post was inane, I'm not surprised some people had a go at it. In the Brit Forum we ask for a little more actual content in posts than the average General Forum poster may be used to. Stick around, you'll soon get up to speed....:good
I suppose everytime theres a Khan fight coming up its all over the media therefore people get a little pissed off with SKY trying to tell us he is the next big thing. It does **** me off the way the SKY team talk about him and he should learnt to be a bit more humble in front of the camera too (im sure for the most part he only says what he's being told to say but he comes off like a twat sometimes) Khan has fantastic speed, theres no doubt of that but whether or not his chin will stand up to scrutinization @ 140lbs remains to be seen. Definitely not worthy of PPV though and thats why I will be using a stream again for this one. He came across a bit more humble on the Buncey hour ast time he was on (admitted he isnt ready for the likes of JMM etc) but now Freddy has claimed he is gonna be the next huge star after Manny and thats only gonna put more pressure on the lad and I dont know if he can live up to anything like those expectations but we will get a better idea come saturday night, I wouldnt be surprised to see an early KO win for Kotelnik but if that happens the wheels will have well and truly came off the Khan applecart. roll on Saturday night
It also obviously motivates him more aswell. I just hope he learned enough from his loss to know that he shouldn't try too hard when he's in there or he'll make mistakes, which he obviously can't afford to do on Saturday.
By the way this the best thread this site has had since the 'Brock Lesnar vs Lenny Mclean in a street fight' one. I especially enjoyed Terry D's take on Khan's intellectual status.:good
