How surprised would you be if Rolly actually beats Tank?

I was surprised when Pitbull Cruz beat Tank.
I won't be surprised if Rolly beats Tank. Tank has shown his limitations.
I'd be incredibly surprised if Rolly actually got his hand raised if he did outperform Tank.

 

You are right Tank has not beaten the BEST guy in any division at the time. But Leo Santa Cruz was a world champion at 130, and David won a vacant world title at lightweight against Gamboa i believe. Being a multiple weight champion doesn't mean you've beaten the best guys in all those weight classes, but it just wins you've won world titles in multiple weight classes. With all of these titles lately, the term 2, 3, or 4 weight champion has lost it's essence.

I am not a Tank fan, he's done his fair share of cherrypicking and his resume is paded up to an extent but im just saying. He's not a real 3 weight champion though, just 2 weight champion. Barrios was not a real champion.

Davis isn't a 3 weight champion but not because he hasn't fought the number one guy in his division but because Barrios was not a world champion. He won legitimate world titles in 2 weight classes. You can win a title without fighting the best guy at the weight. All the more reason more titles are pointless

The fact is Barrios was a world champion as WBA regular title holder and unbeaten and Tank stopped. Something which Keith Thurman former WBA Super and WBC champion at 147 could not do which further substantiates Tank’s quality.

 

Barrios was not a real world champion. Josh Taylor fought Ramirez for all the titles at 140 when Tank was kicking around at light middleweight

I don’t make the WBA titles they do like Rocky Fielding who Canelo beat for the regular title and no one said it was not a world title. Taylor is lucky he did not face Tank because after watching him against Caterall I dread to think what Tank would do to him.

Barrios was not and is not a legitimate world champion. This is the 4 belt era and Taylor unifed against Ramirez for all the credible world titles. Barrios had none of them

The WBA regular title is a world title. It’s not my fault, ditto the WBC Franchise title. It is what it is. I know you may not like it but neither the WBA or WBC care what you think as they make their rules. They determine legitimacy of their belts not you.
