Excited for another elite fight where the two best in the division get in the ring. Seems as though the lion share of the boxing community is going with the favourite and immensely skilled Lomachenko so if Walters manages to pull off the upset, how shocked would you be?

I can personally could see this happening as I have it a close fight edging it to Loma.

Pretty surprised to be honest, though the odds on it are well worth a punt

I wouldn't be surprised. Walters is an A-level fighter with an A-level punch. They don't call him the Axe Man for nothing!

Definitely worth one, I just wish he didn't have the ring rust so I could pick him with more confidence

Only guy I've seen taking the axeman so far, you don't think the inactivity will play a part

I think how well his weight cut goes will determine a hell of alot on how he does during the fight

That's how people doubted me here when I predicted that Ward would win.

I feel Loma will win this quite handily. I suspect he'll target the body slowing Walters and sapping his energy. In fact, I would be surprised if he stops him with body shots. Walters surprisingly drew with Sosa, whereas I feel Loma would easily beat him. That's my reference point for identifying levels here.

I respect your opinion bro, but I don't see that Sosa draw as being legit, I think Walters was always in control in that fight, with that being said why he chose to just stay on the inside the whole fight was beyond me.

However it should me a new dimension to Walters game coz Sosa is no slouch on the inside as Fortuna just found out a couple months later. Not to mention the win that goes over a lot of people's head is that Marriaga fight, Marriaga is a tough sob he is cause a lot guys problems in that division.

The draw may well have been favourable to Sosa but I feel Loma wouldn't have found himself in a fight with Sosa where the decision could have been controversial. Listen, I really rate Walters but I just happen to rate Loma very highly. Really looking forward to finding out which of the two is the real deal. But as of now, I see that as Loma.

I'm going with PBL but it's a true 50/50 fight. Axeman could get him.

Sosa turned out to be a good fighter, and Walters only drew with him because of issues with Bob. Surprised few are picking Walters, he's a good boxer and a great puncher and he's fast. I know he's been inactive, but he's the naturally bigger guy. Should be a great fight.
