Calzaghe I believe is a shade under six and Mikkel a shade over 6.

According to boxrec (the most reliable source of info on the web, right?) Calzaghe is listed at 5' 11 1/2"

    boxing rec has it wrong.

they are about the same height.

i saw some photos in a magazine with calzaghe posing with ray leanord who is 5.10 and calzaghe is obviously about 3 inches taller.

Why is there so much talk about what height Calzaghe has? He could be 5"2 and would still do the same thing, same as Kessler probably would, even if he was 7"2.

They're about the same height, with Kessler having a slightly longer reach. Therefore, I don't think this will be a big factor.

Seems you need to upgrade your glasses..in all the above pictures, Calzaghe is no way taller than Kessler.

He has longer face though, which might give a distorted impression.

they are about the same height, all the photo`s indicate that.

if calzaghe was 5.11 which he is listed at then mundine must be 5.8 and not the 5.11 he is listed at.

I would say the official stats of fighters are often distorted in order to confuse their opponents. I know they do that in other sports all the time.
