Punching himself out?? WTF? With Beristain in his corner??

Grats to Kirkland and all, but seriously. If Angulo just relaxes a tiny bit and picks his shots he destroys him. Angulo shot his ENTIRE ****ing wad in 90 seconds, he was a ****ing zombie for the entire rest of the fight. Now we're gonna have to hear a bunch of **** about Kirkland, who's still going to get knocked out by the first tomato can he faces who can keep a cool head.

mebbe he's still a rookie.... lol...

actually i was being serious. It was surprising w/ Nachos - you'd expect better punch discipline out of a fighter of his... told my buddies after the first round, "dood's gonna get his ass scolded by Nachos!"

He left little in the tank after he punched himself out.... Kirkland's counter-assault drained out Angulo's reserve, whatever what he had left. He was never able to recover from the first round...

Simple. He saw how ishida got Kirkland out of there in the first and as soon as kirkland went down he went for it trying to do the same

Great victory for Kirkland, but honestly, Angulo's punches after the first round were slow arm punches with NOTHING behind them. I would like to see a rematch for sure.

Someone who can see it for what it is, thank you. Kirkland will be KTFO very soon, he doesn't have the chin for the style that he uses.

Angulo is probably damaged goods now, that little ****up might have cost him a career. Nacho should have stopped it and saved him for another day once he saw his fighter was now one of the walking dead.

I seriously can't believe it. I was shouting at the TV for him to show some discipline 10 seconds into his wildass fusillade, you could tell what was going to happen almost immediately. Pisses me off, I liked Angulo.

****... anytime he or anyone else touches Kirkland with a full punch he's going down. All he had to do was calm down, shoot a few to the body then take his head off. Kirkland is never going to be anything but a notch on somebody's resume. Angulo could have been somebody.

He was fighting an opponent who was considered a glass jaw and he was fighting in mexico in a title eliminator. He wanted to shine and got too excited.

    A rematch would be great.

    Just not in Mexico.

Did you hear the scoring after the 4th round?

One judge had it 39/38! WTF fight was he watching?
