Henry Cooper was a K.O puncher...

Go to 9:20 if you need reminding.

For a 180 pounder yes..however who did he k.o over 200 pounds and how many?

As a reminder to you on your big guys who couldn't punch...Valuev in 50 fights has only about 30 k.os...that's almost half of his fights with no k.os with 20 out of the 50...he is a featherfist for such a big man yet you think he k.os Tyson.:smooch

Here we go again..... How many fighters did Tyson KO over 280lb in weight? If you don't give me an example it means he's featherfisted doesn't it???

In his prime there were no 280 pound lumbering slow giants, there were however very skilled Olympic champs and undefeated pam am champs at 6'5 who could actually move.:thumbsup

Your hero couldn't even beat a one handed Haye who slapped him around the entire time, and then didn't want to fight the biggest skilled fighter in vitali to the point Vitali had to call him a "CHICKEN"..:hi:

That's the thing though, who knows. We don't really know how hurt he was because the bell rang immediately, or how much his recovery was down to smelling salts. We do know he had enough of his wits about him to get up immediately and walk back to his corner, and that he showed no ill effects the following round. We also know that he had excellent recovery powers through the rest of his career, against men who hit harder than Cooper. So again, I'd stop short of saying he was nearly KO'd by Cooper.
