How the Hell Do Boxers Survive Punches to They Throats?!?!

I've been punched in the throat. It doesn't feel pleasant, but I didn't have breathing issues. It just hurt

 

It's "their" not "they throats".

 

no where near as painful as being karate kicked in the nipple.....

 

The question is, how the hell did you survive English class.

 

I've been kicked to the chest without a shirt on. That hurts like hell too but no where near as worrying as being punched in the throat

im pretty sure the English language is one and universal.

 

most fighters tuck there chin so throat shots are avoided. If the chin is up exposing the throat maybe the fighter gets ko. But nothing can be done about combination punching that snaps the head back then come right down the middle

You'd think so, but I had a conversation with a fellow from England once without understanding half of what he said. That ****ney accent was ridiculous. Nice guy though.
