The big difference will be speed. Cotto is worlds faster and combined with the aformentioned jab it will make life very difficult for Margo. A bigger question would be
How does Margarito deal with that power jab, lightening speed, superior ring intelligence, counter ability, overall versatility and adaptability???????????????????????

My favorite punch combo by cotto is the double left hook that he throws body first then head. He is very quick and accurate with it. But he is going to jabbing more then ever this fight or he may go inside and use his hand speed and accuracy like he did with Pinto. Depends on how he feels out Margarito. Cotto may jump on him early before the Margarito gets going. But he just needs to watch those wide hooks and mike tyson punch out uppercuts.

 

If Cotto is willing to eat the left uppercut, Then I assume Margo will snack on Cotto's jab all night long.

Advice to Cotto: Beware the Uppercut's on the inside.

I'm wondering how Cotto will deal with Margarito uppercut, Cotto leans with his head down a lot and Margarito's uppercut is his best punch, both fighters have a lot to deal with here.

 

I agree, but have you noticed? It appears Cotto has been honing his own uppercut, from the training vids I've seen anyway. So I'm anticipating Cotto throwing his fair share of uppercuts too.
I think to deal with Margos uppercut Cotto along with his lateral movement should be moving his head quite abit, which he does already fairly well, it's subtle but its there

 

If Cotto Just Uses His Jab And Keeps Margarito At The End Of His Pucnh He Will Be Good And Keep His Hands Tight So Margarito Cant Slip Any Upper Cuts In

 

I can see it going to the inside often though as Margo will force the fight on many occasions, trying to go underneath the jab with his own uppercut, this is a very important point as well considering the height and reach advatage Margo has, going underneath that short Cotto Jab isnt much of a risk:deal

Cotto will be able to land some left hook's/straight left's of his own againt Margarito.
(Seem's to be the punch Tony get's hit with the most, almost anything LEFT)
But Cotto will have to take to give in = Amount's.

If Miguel don't get repspect early, it will be a long night for him.
Margarito get's stronger as the fight linger's.
