How the hell did Molina get a shot at Wilder's title??? I am speechless.Molina's fight record is absolutely pathetic. He has fought and beaten a bunch of totally unknown no-hopers with records like 9-15 or 2-15.In one of his last fights he beat a certain Anthony Greeley with a fight record of 7-23.His biggest scalps are Grano and DaVarrylWilliamson. Williamson is totally shot and must be over 50 years by now and he was down against Grano and just won a close point decision against him.Makes you blood boil to see such a undeserving and totally limited fighter get a shot at a world title.I mean Molina would probably even lose to guys like Pala,Bidenko and Hersisia and I would bet my house on guys like Duhaupas,Teper,or even Charr if they fought Molina next week.Dont get me wrong! None of the aforementioned names deserves a shot at a world title, but all of abovementioned names have a far better fight record than Molina. Shame on Wilder!! He should never ever fight such a weak opponent defending his world title. Totally meaningless fight IMO.atsch
I see Molina has lost KO1 to Chris Arreola. Who was stopped twice by Stiverne. Whom Wilder just dominated. So yea doesn't make much sense lol
I wouldn't go that far. Molina at least was able to top Zumbano Love unlike Briggs. Molina is obviously nothing more than a mid/low level domestic fighter he's not even top 30 material, he's not even in the US top 10 on Boxrec. But he can at least crack a bit, he had Arreola hurt before being KOed, would be hilarious if he KO'ed Wilder.
The WBC heavyweight title had really taken a huge fall in prestige lately. If you look at the history of that belt, some very good quality fighters held it, right up until Stiverne, and now Wilder. Before then, who was the worst fighter to hold that title ? McCall perhaps - and he beat Lewis, so fair play to him ! Otherwise, we'd say Bruno or Berbick, and they are almost "ATGs" compared with Stiverne and Wilder !
