Floyd makes some good points but imo a fighter of the decade would not have retired without facing any of the top guys at his weight class at the time, the top WW's when he retired were cotto, williams, mosley, cheato and of course floyd, he came back and beat the lightweight champ and a good win over mosley but its not enough for fighter of the decade, he needs pac on his cv for that i think. Why not take the challenge that nobody else at WW wants and thats williams, that would be doing something out of the ordinary and would make a big impact and would make his case a lot stronger imo
