I think the strong factor in PAc favor is that with the relative
similarity in the opponents PAC destroyed most of them while
Floyd won in majority the boring decisions.

Since the prize is for the 'fighter of the decade' not the 'most
skilled boxer of the decade' it should easily go to PAC, not Floyd.
