    I feel dumb asking this, but who is the guy doing the armbarring?

    He seems like a beast at jiu-jitsu from the clips at the end of that video, is he one of the best in the world?

    Shinya Aoki, yes, probably is one of the best in the world at grappling in MMA.

    Fed wouldn't be doing any flying armbars. His speciality is from the bottom. Aoki is a guy who specialzes in unorthodox subs like this.
