I think things have to change and I would like the scores to be visible to everyone after every round i.e a scoreboard that the crowd can see and obviously the watching tv audience. I think this would help stop these blatant robberys that seem to occur when the home fighter and money man is losing

Think it would also make fights better as a fighter who knew he was down on the cards could come out swinging earlier

I'd be on board with that.

I think the judging panel needs to be made up of boxing journalists.

I would crucify Spud O'Connor by the testicles and the rest would soon produce accurate cards.

I don't agree with journalists doing it but if there was more scrutininy on the judges I think you would get more honest cards. There would still be, like football referees people who wouldn't like a particular judge but there would be a face to a name and the best would then hopefully judge the big fights. Also think fighters would try harder earlier rather than leaving it to the last couple of rounds. Would also get rid of the strange delay at the end of fights where the judges can't seem to find their score cards

Ex boxers being judges might help . These current judges have no qualifications and in most cases not even any ring experience.

I do like showing the scores after each round - make it more visible.

What it should have is 4 judges like this:

    1. An ex/current boxer that has participated in that division previously/currently as a judge
    2. A website that allows people to do their own scorecards, and the overall most common scorecard from all those cards becomes a 'fan's judge'.
    3. A normal judge like we see now, but instead just have one.
    4. A boxing journalist as a judge.

That gives a wide variety of different points of view.

Boxing is subjective. You always get different opinions. Yes when the scoring is way out to the consensus the judge should be looked at but we really shouldn't be getting a call for change after last night.

The scoring last night was fine.

You say the scoring was fine, but no way would they give Golovkin they scores would they 1st or 2nd fight.

Scrap the judging and just box on until a KO/TKO/Towel comes in.

I think there is a few changes needed to help judging become better.

    1) Judges in a room moniteted by board of control watching on a tv (no sound). - wont be influenced by crowd.

    2) Bring in half points, as we can get a fighter winning a round easy and its a 10-9 round, then another winning by a milifraction and its still a 10-9, instead of 10- 9.5 round.

3). Scores declared after each round.

All 3 judges had GGG winning the first round. I personally thought GGG edged the first round, too. He was the busier fighter throwing out the jabs. Canelo tried to land a couple of power shots but nothing really landed clean and there wasn’t enough of it.

I don't know. For me both fights were extremely close and could of went either way.
