Hi guys, I will have a championship after 2 months and because I had my teeth extracted, I didn't train for 14 days so I am in worse shape than I was before + now I am in junior age class so I will be fighting for 3x3 minutes instead of 3x2. I want to win and I know that technically I have on it, but I need to get into really good shape to be able to keep pressure on my opponent entire 3 rounds. I have my boxing training 3 times a week for 1.5 hour. Can you recomend me some really good training program for it? I am determined to do whatever it takes. Thank you guys.
Don't stress, 8 weeks is PLENTY of time to get in shape for a 3x3. Run 4-5 times a week. Vary it up between longer runs (30 mins) and sprint sessions. Maybe throw some swimming in instead of running if you have access to a pool/sea Couple of intense strength and conditioning workouts a week and you're sorted.
Have read your threads on having a big nose and wanting it broken, swollen water filled knuckles and cross country skiing to replace running You are probably the most entertaining poster on this forum. You definitely have the weirdest imagination, and I'm looking forward with baited breath for your future efforts :hey
I never wrote that I want my nose broken. I was just asking, how is it possible that most of pro boxers have flattened nose and If I will have it too. For those swollen knuckles. I wanted to know to which doctor should I go. Can you tell me what is so funny or weird on that question? Or about cross country skiing instead of running when is deep snow?
Thank you for good respond. Can you tell me which types of sprints are the best? For example 15 seconds sprints with 15 seconds jogging or you know something better?
