I'm guessing 1-2 weeks. If he means a month or more I wouldn't call it "really quick".

You're asking something that can't really be answered.

You want to increase your stamina as fast as possible? So you want to be able to run 6 miles within a week, fight 10 rounds within 3 days? What? And why does it have to be really quick?

What do you do for your runs? And it's not something you can rush.

Its gonna take a while, its not gonna happen "really quick". A lot of people start out with a couple of long jogs (around 30 min or more) a week, and a couple of days of sprints too. There are a lot of other ways but those would be easiest to begin with i guess.

Go to the "Beginners Boxing guide" or "Strength and Conditioning for boxing" threads that are stickied, they can help.

Yeah forget that, focus on interval training. Sprint for 15 seconds then rest for 15 seconds. Do that 16 times then have a 4 minute break. Then do another set of 16. If you're not on your hands and knees throwing up then do another set. If you wanna get fit quickly you're gonna have to push yourself, close to overtraining. Still I wouldn't advise for you to do this more than 3 times in a week. Stamina is best achieved over the course of time, if you wanna speed the process up you're gonna have to embrace pain with open arms :D
