Training for a fight in March (my first), it's only 3 round white collar, but I want to win.

I noticed when I do 10 rounds on heavy bag at good pace (yesterday) today i'm completely ****ed and blowing out my arse after 4, so only did 5.

Leading up to the fight, when should I just rest?

I was going to joke around with you, and tell you to take a tea-spoon full of Certo for canning fruit: it always keeps everything fresh! Actually it is really good for arthritis, and any kind of joint stiffness. Being that I am the only one answering your post I thought a little kindness was in order.

Here is my advise. Take it easy the week of your fight. Only do the exercises that you really enjoy the most, and rest all day on the day before the fight. Do your stretches, and stay loose, and relax your muscles as much as you possibly can.
