You may get a better response by asking instead of telling people to give you advice.

You wouldn't get any decent advice anyway as we know nothing at all about you.

Go to an online calculator and find out what your daily requirements are. It should also tell you how much less calories to take in in order to lose x amount of weight.

Either eat less or do more work...or both. That simple.

Yep, as previous poster has suggested, decrease calories, increase exercise to create a calorie deficit e.g. exercising more than taking in via eating. one kg is not much at all - drink more water to fill up your stomach so you don't feel so hungry

Start eating Breakfast like a King (big with lots of carbs), lunch like a Prince (medium), and dinner like a pauper (small; soup, salad, cereal). run an extra mile each day. and if you're close to weight but a little bit over the night before don't eat or drink after 6pm.

really, it's only 1kg (2.2lbs). one good bowel movement can make the difference.

and if it's a club match you probably have an allowance to be inside of. tournaments use hard weight classes, club matches probably won't but you get to be in integrity with the weight your coach told your opponent's coach you would be (if a month ago when matching he said you were going to be 145lbs you don't get to come in at 152lbs).
