I did a bulking diet for like a year and I went from 58 kgs to 72 kgs. I used to hit weights like 5 days a week. I used to eat lot of whole eggs (6-8) and 2 litres of milk.

During this time I gained a lot of muscle and fat. I gained a whole loot of facial (cheek) and hip fat.

I have been cutting for past 3 months and I am down to 61 kgs atm. But the most irritating thing is that I haven't lost the facial fat at all. It was the same when I used to weight about 72. My face looks fat , old and ugly. I thought after I cut my facial fat would disappeared but it hasn't . There is also fat in my lower belly which I am trying hard to lose.

I dont drink milk or whole eggs anymore but still I am finding it difficult to lose facial and lower belly fat. I lift weights 3 times a week and do cardio 3 times a week. I didnt box for about 2 months but I will start it again.

I am planning to do cardio 6 times a week , lift weight for 3 days a week and Box 3 times a week.

Any tips and suggestions would be appreciated.

Carry on losing fat. You cannot spot reduce.

And if you weighed 58kg, went to 72kg and now you're down to 61kg, you didn't gain a lot of muscle at all.

People become incredulous whenever I try to explain this to them. If spot reduction were true, my right arm would get so ripped after all these years.

yeah thats a pretty bad bulk mate. maybe try again before you cut back down to exactly where you were before. losing the facial fat or "stubborn last bit" will square you back to around 58kg....

  5. i hope you mean 6 times a week... just keep at it , it wont all fall off if it were that easy nobody would be fat , just keep going at it

I read something recently that said you could, which was interesting. Its not practical though and involved the pre-heating of area's of the body- presumably to increase blood flow.. Not sure what to make of it..

Was it on t-nation, something to do with more blood flow = easier fat loss in those areas or something equally stupid?
