Arum said Fury aint gonna fight this year. Is WBC Furys private company? Strip that coward of his belt, and let Wilder-Ruiz fight for it, if not let Joshua-Ruiz, or best one WIlder-Joshua.

Just strip the damn coward ducker, fake champion.

    Fury is The Boxing?

    - 2021-09-25 - won four titles
    - 2022-08-20 - defended those titles
    - no fight secured for the upcoming months

How stripping Fury will make this guy fight more? All those mandatories are waiting for their chance for a title fight, but the guys is stalling them. Ruiz already priced-out of fighting Fury, so that's his choice - stupid. It's boring how the pro-Usyk anti-Fury fools are posting the most idiotic threads recently. Just calm down and let them do as they want - either they'll take credit or be judged for.

Why would you strip a guy that defended against the former champion and his mandatory in 2 of his last 3 fights? Fury has no mandatory at the moment. Wilder/Ruiz were supposed to fight to determine who that was going to be, but that's not on the table anymore. Wilder might get to face Usyk.

Eh, I don't really think that'd be right.

Fury might act like a gigantic ass and it's for sure frustrating undisputed seemingly fell through at least in part due to some of his demands, but he did defend his belt twice last year, even if one defense was against a man he twice beat convincingly over a decade ago. Plus the ordered final eliminator to determine the mandatory didn't materialize. That ain't his fault.

It'd be great if the WBC would go down the list until they could find someone to take the fight, like the WBA might do if Dubois can't fight Usyk or the IBF when Hrgovic couldn't find an opponent, which would mean his next opponent could be someone like AJ, Frank Sanchez or Arslanbek Makhmudov. Or hell, since Wilder clearly has no interest in the final eliminator bout, they could have ordered a new one between Ruiz and someone else by now, or just outright ordered a fight with Ruiz. That would have circumvented the financial issues when it went to purse bids, or Ruiz would've dropped out and they could've gone in another direction.

Again though, all that falls on the WBC to do. So while it is a bit frustrating Fury seems to not be taking anymore initiative in finding an opponent since the Ruiz and Zhang fights were taken off the table, there isn't a mandatory ordered either so stripping him would be a bit unfair.

I didnt know Fury was undisputed unified lineal champion, I must have missed something. I dont care about Fury fighing more, I just want him to be stripped so unified champion fight can go on, whoever wins it. Boxing is hostage to fury once in a year ducking party.

Better check your facts, funny boy. And tell me who holds four mandatory challengers of taking their chances...

"You want" - hahah! Grow up, kid!

Because he defended in December and it's all WBC approved. Sure should've been better opponent, but it's fair to demand every champion equal.

Nothing to do with Fury or any other fighter. You want to make it great again, then one belt/champion per division.

Since we've few sanctioning bodies, one belt will be difficult, but two at most and disregard the other federations. And mandatory number of defences per year with no option of procrastinating, except in case of an injury or some family issue.

Funny how everyone seems to price themselves out of a Fury fight but not no one else

Your desperation for Hrgovic to get an easy title is sad.

What about injury? Strip fighters that get hurt?
