Started a Boxing gym to give back a bit - Youth Outreach Program (I was never a Boxer but always loved to Fight and Combat Sports). There are a few kids that have been approached about turning pro one is over 18 - they others are not. 1) They have asked me to mange them (I do have an extensive business background/career - Should I try to manage these kids - All my friends and people I have met along the way who have been Pro boxers hate he business but say you need a manager you can trust more than anything? Any thoughts?
