What do you guys do so you dont "pose" what i do is I kinda move my head side to side i also movve my hands alot and check my eyebrows and i bounce front and back not up and down.
when do you usually go on aim? because we are im from the east coast USA so we have a huge time gap its 2 AM here so what time is it there?
Try and move your head in a different direction every time you move it... Move yor hands around a lot.
You shouldn't ever really be posing, especially in amateur. In pros, it's 12 rounds so you have to sometimes. You should always be looking for striking opportunities where you can put clean, hard, accurate shots on your opponent. To body, to head and in combination. If you are continously doing this, you are continously working and thus not posing. Young, you ask some nice questions. Who trains you? You ask the sort of questions that can't really be answered online. Well, they can but I'm pretty sure you won't be able to do what we say. You want to work on so many little things that you need a coach helping you in person.
Something to keep in mind...Don't do anything just to be doing something. Don't move your head just to not be still, don't move your gloves just to move, and so on. Make sure every move has a purpose- notice how your opponent reacts, gather information. What I can never understand is watching two guys, out of range, pawing and throwing half jabs. That is letting him find out for free how long your arms are, and letting him time you.
