    You got KOd in sparring? I didn't watch the video but if you were put in sparring with a guy who was A: big enough to KO you and B: allowed to do so then you should have been scared, scared enough to find a new gym to train at. Because that is ridiculous and neither of you learn anything from that.

    Either you got what it takes or you don't... I mean, if you got KO'ed out of fear like you pointed out? Then I don't think you are meant to be a boxer.. just bite down and get in there next time.

    Well, dude, the steps one, two, and three of overcoming your fear go in this order:

    1) Get some headgear and wear it when sparring
    2) Keep your hands up
    3) New gym

    :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

    I could understand you sucking since you hadn't boxed before, but the guy you sparred was horrible. basically, size means very little in boxing. skill is what matters and if you have the toughness, you won't be scared to spar someone just because they're bigger than you. join a gym, develop some skills and soon your confidence will grow.

    First you should have learned how to defend yourself. Every asian kid should learn that. Once good defensive skills are acquired the fear of boxing tends to go away.

    What the hell did I just watch? seriously I understand you are just beginning boxing, but has anyone spent a few moments with you working on some a of the basic fundamentals of boxing? what sort of gym is this

    I will not comment on your opponent at the moment due to the fact that i am still hurling the contents of my intestines
